HDB LICENSED CONTRACTOR (HB-11-4 901E)
The RRCS Regulates all renovation work on HDB flats conducted by HDB Registered Renovation Contractors (RRCs).
Under this scheme, we are required to abide by HDB’s terms of registration and ensure that our work:
• Does not cause damage to HDB’s property• Is conducted safely• Does not cause any nuisance to neighbours
Safety is everyone’s business, but the leader of an enterprise is responsible for setting the direction on how safe practices should be implemented, practiced, documented and improved on a continuing basis. All workplaces covered under the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) must conduct risk assessments for every work activity and process carried out at work places.

• CaseTrusted contractors are required to protect a customer’s deposit paid through the purchase of a deposit performance bond. This bond will safeguard deposits against closure, winding up and/or liquidation before the renovation is completed.• Accredited contractors will adopt CaseTrust Standard Renovation Contract to ensure cost transparency and accountability for listed deliverables in a renovation project.
The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is the national regulator of business entities, public accountants and corporate service providers in Singapore. ACRA also facilitates the development of business entities and the public accuracy profession. ACRA’s goal is to make good corporate governance, quality corporate financial reporting and high quality audit the hallmarks of our financial and corporate sectors.
