JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Interior Requests and Sales Enquiries
- Meeting up with prospective clients
- Layout planning, Material and constructions proposals
- Quotation Preparation
Project Coordination
- Arrange and Schedule Contractors and Suppliers
- Ensure Project’s Completion and Handover
Project Supervision
- Regular Site Visits
- Quality Assurance and checks to ensure smooth Works and Design.

Drafter
JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in 2D/3D drawings
- Must be able to take measurement on site and sketch the drawing
- Preparation and checking of fabrication drawings, to meet quality requirement, production capability and delivery schedule.
- Coordination and correspondence with client
- Liaise with internal departments
Job Requirements:-
- Must possess at least ITE/NTC in architectural drafting or Diploma in Interior/ Architectural.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in Residential interior/architecture as Designer or CAD Drafter.
- AUTOCAD SKILL IS MANDATORY.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft is essential.
- Able to perform 3D Max, Sketch up, and design related software is an additional value.
- Excellent knowledge in Construction drawings and documentation. Attentions to technical details are highly desirable.
- Demonstrate strong passion in design and dynamic work attitude.
- Multi-tasking, able to handle concurrent ongoing project and work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Keen desire to learn, explore and contribute to the success of the team.
- Highly responsible .
- Positive attitude .
- Independent, well organized, and able to work with minimum supervision.
